To facilitate reissue of International driving permits by the respective RTO’s in case of expired/ lost international driving permits.

How to apply

i) Fill up the form online Miscellaneous form

 ii)Take a printout of the online filled in form. The form should be duly signed    with photographs and necessary documents.

iii) Book an appointment (link).

iv) Book prepaid airway bill with Courier service in the Netherlands for receiving processed documents. This should be submitted along with an A4 size self-addressed envelope.

v) Submit application alongwith necessary documents and prepaid A4 self-addressed envelope at Embassy of India in The Hague (Buitenrustweg 2, 2517KD, The Hague.

All original documents are to be brought along at the time of submission.

Embassy will issue a certificate which the applicant has to upload in the portal (https://parivahan.gov.in/). The applicant will receive the new IDP which will be sent to through courier by the RTO.

Documents Required

1. Miscellaneous Application Form dully filled in and signed by the applicant.

2. Indian Passport (photocopy)

3. International Driving Permit (IDP) (photocopy)

4. Address proof in the Netherlands (photocopy)

5. Valid Indian Driving License (photocopy)

6.Three recent passport size photographs (2x2 inches with white background)
