NOC for Minor

Type of Document

This affidavit is required to be submitted at the concerned Passport Office in India or abroad when either of the parents is absent when applying for a passport for their child who is a minor. Through this affidavit, the parent(s) in the Netherlands certifies that he/she has no objection for a passport being issued to his/her minor child in India or abroad.

How to apply

1. Applications for NOC for minor service may be submitted at VFS center in The Hague(Parkstraat 99, 2514 JH The Hague, Netherlands) or Amsterdam (Travelport Building, Radarweg 501-545, 1043 NZ Amsterdam) The submission of application in person is only possible by appointment (appointment)
