TRACKING OF PASSPORT APPLICATION

For tracking if a passport application has been forwarded to the Embassy of India by  VFS Global, the applicant may check the position after 7 working days in case of  submission done through post or 5 working days if done  in person via the link  https://services.vfsglobal.com/nld/en/ind/track-application

If the application has not been forwarded to the Embassy, the matter may be taken up with VFS.

After the VFS' tracking system indicates that the Passport application has been forwarded to the Embassy, its status in the Embassy can be tracked via the link https://passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/statusTracker/trackStatusInpNew

The status of PCC and Surrender of Passport applications after they have been forwarded to the Embassy by VFS can also be tracked in the link https://passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/statusTracker/trackStatusInpNew
