Bharat Telecom 2026 - An Exclusive International Business Expo, alongside India Mobile Congress at New Delhi, India, scheduled on October 7-10, 2026

We are pleased to inform that under the ambit of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), Telecom Equipment & Services Export Promotion Council (TEPC) is set up by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry and the Ministry of Communications, Government of India, for the promotion & development of exports of Telecom Equipment and Services.

2. TEPC has planned to organise ‘Bharat Telecom 2026 - An Exclusive International Business Expo’, alongside India Mobile Congress, at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, on October 7-10, 2026, with the support of the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. TEPC has created this platform to bring potential buyers from across the globe to interact and finalise business deals through B2B meetings with state-of-the-art quality telecom equipment/ software manufacturers and ICT services solution providers from India. The event is likely to lead to the development of long-term business relations. There will be Conference sessions, आत्म-निर्भर भारत Pavilion in India Mobile Congress and B2B meetings; during the event, leading Indian Telecom manufacturers & Telecom/ IT solution providers will exhibit their capabilities.

3. TEPC is pleased to offer the following to the foreign delegates for participating in Bharat Telecom 2026 during October 7-10, 2026.

a. Air Travel reimbursement subsidy up to the approved ceiling as given below for travel to India:

* Only economy class travel is eligible for reimbursement of airfare.

b. TEPC will provide complimentary hotel accommodation (inclusive of Breakfast) for three nights i.e. check-in on October 6, 2026 and check-out on October 9, 2026 and complimentary airport transfer at New Delhi during the event. Delegate may stay extra nights at their own expenses for further nights. TEPC can assist in arranging alternate hotel accommodation on payment basis also beyond complimentary stay, if requested in advance.

Further, under the Export Promotion Mission (EPM) is mandatory for foreign delegates to register three weeks prior to the date of commencement of the event. As travel subsidy is fixed, early confirmations may also help the participants avoid steep hikes in fares that normally take place when the time gap between the date of ticketing & journey is less. Further, it will also facilitate fixing B2B meetings, well in advance, with much more positive outcomes. Please find attached the Excel sheet for delegate details.
