NOTICE

It is brought to the notice of all concerned that the present outsourcing partner (M/s. VFS Global) to provide Consular services ceased its operation w.e.f. 01.06.2025, henceforth, all CPV services are being made available directly from the Embassy of India, Buitenrustweg 2, 2517KD, The Hague, Netherlands.

1. - In this regard, appointments are available on our website. Link: https://www.indianembassynetherlands.gov.in/apt/appointment.php
2. - No person without valid appointment letter will be allowed entry inside the Embassy.
3. - For general enquiries related to how to apply/document requirement/appointment for various services, please refer to the our website. Only specific enquiries will be entertained.  Please email at: attcons.thehague@mea.gov.in. Enquiry facility over telephone is not available.
4. - Please adhere strictly to the date and time of the appointment. Late entry will not be entertained.
5. - Please note that no facilities like photocopy, photograph etc. is available within the Embassy’s premises.
6. - Incomplete applications, missing document (as per checklist) and incorrect filled-in forms will not be accepted. In such case, the applicant has to re-book the appointment for another date.
7. - For delivery, please ensure that the applicant has the self-addressed envelope alongwith a pre-paid airway bill of any post/courier service in the Netherlands.  Applicant without the pre-paid self addressed envelope will not be entertained.
