Invitation to Participate in Global EOI – Towable Hybrid Marine Energy Converter and Ocean Observation Platform

The Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Services (INCOIS), an autonomous institute under the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India, has published a Global Expression of Interest (EOI) cum Market Consultation for the design, supply, installation, commissioning, and long-term operation of a Towable Hybrid Marine Energy Converter and Ocean Observation Platform for deployment off the Andaman & Nicobar Islands under the Deep Ocean Mission.

This is a market consultation exercise intended to understand current technological capabilities and industry interest before preparation of the final tender. The proposed platform is expected to integrate wave, wind, and solar energy conversion systems along with an ocean observation suite.
