NOTICE

1. 1. Regarding New Appointment System for Consular Services.
   
   
2. 2. Consular appointments in the new system will be released in two batches, to ensure better availability and flexibility. Firstly, monthly appointments will be released in bulk on first day of the month. Subsequently, weekly appointments will be released on every Sunday.
   
   
3. 3. First, batch of monthly appointments will be released on first day of October, 2025 (0900 hrs CET) for the month of November, 2025.  Subsequently, the same cycle will repeat every month.
   
   
4. 4. Weekly appointments will start on Sunday i.e. September 21, 2025 (0900 hrs CET) for the week beginning on September 22, 2025. Thereafter, weekly appointment will be released on every Sunday.
   
   
5. 5. Henceforth, no request for appointments through email will be entertained except for in emergency cases (i.e. Death Case). 
   
   
6. 6. Indian tourist requiring Emergency Certificate (EC) to return to India can directly approach the Embassy on any working day.

Instructions

* No person without valid appointment letter will be allowed entry inside the Embassy.

* For general enquiries related to how to apply/document requirement / appointment for various services, please refer to the our website. 

* Please adhere strictly to the date and time of the appointment. Late entry will not be allowed.

* Please note that no facilities like photocopy, photograph etc. is available within the Embassy. 

* Incomplete application and missing documents or incorrect in-filled forms will not be accepted.

* For delivery, please ensure that the applicant has the self-addressed envelope alongwith a pre-paid airway bill (at least three months validity) of any post/courier service in the Netherlands. Application without the pre-paid self addressed envelope will not be accepted.

Important

* Please note that Embassy of India in The Hague has not outsourced consular services to any private agency. Any misuse of appointment system by any agency or individual, false claim or pretext of emergency etc. may render the agency and the applicant liable for denial of services and subsequent legal action.
